Postal orders are gladly accepted with payment by either personal check or money order. 2009 SHIPPING RATES

Seed orders are mailed by first class postal mail (standard shipping rates apply) while garden supplies are shipped by UPS ground . Rates listed below are for seeds or products that I sell through my shopping cart and are subject to change as shipping rates flucuate with fuel prices.
Our independent vendors set their own shipping rates.
Standard seed shipping rates: For orders $00.00 to $19.99: $4.95
Standard seed shipping rates: For orders $20.00 to $49.99: $7.95
Standard seed shipping rates: For orders $50.00 to $79.99: $9.95
Standard seed shipping rates: For orders $80.00 and up: $19.95

Garden and Hydroponic supplies are drop shipped by our independent dealer and do have a $5.00 drop ship fee that is added to your order.UPS Ground shipping rates are determined by total cost of order and a percentage is applied for your shipping charge. For example, an order that totals 100.00 will have shipping charge of $16.00(16%) plus $5.00 drop ship charge for a total amount owed of $121.00 (Heavier shipments may have additonal charges per transport company) Due to the high cost of drop shipping small orders, we now require $30 minimum order for propagation and pest control products.
UPS Ground shipping rates: For orders $00.00 to $14.99: 100%
UPS Ground shipping rates: For orders $15.00 to $29.99: 50%
UPS Ground shipping rates: For orders $30.00 to $49.99: 35%
UPS Ground shipping rates: For orders $50.00 to $99.99: 27%
UPS Ground shipping rates: For orders $100.00 and up: 16%

All of our standard garden seeds are drop-shipped directly from our wholesaler's warehouse in Gautier, MS. Our gardening supplies are shipped from our distributor's warehouse that is closest to your shipping destination. Orders are processed daily and forwarded for shipping. Our shippers strive to have your order filled and on it's way usually within 2-3 business days.
Seed replacement policy:
Our seeds are guaranteed to be fresh for the current year. If you ordered seeds from us and a seed variety did not germinate satisfactorily, E-mail us your Name, invoice number and the seed packet number(s) that did not germinate properly. We will replace your seeds one time only, but will require $3.50 to cover our shipper's mailing cost. Seeds will be sent once mailing cost has been paid.
Please note the germination time on the seed packet if listed, some seeds take months to germinate, make sure you have allowed the proper length of time for germination before requesting replacement seeds.

Do you live outside of the USA?:
Sorry, I do not accept or ship seed orders outside of the U.S. due to restrictive and complicated international custom regulations.
However, Thompson & Morgan Seeds do ship seeds to Canada. You are welcomed to click on the banner below to visit them.

Shipping Info: : Our home and garden decor plus pond related products are shipped by either UPS ground or by USPS by our independent wholesale vendors direct to your address. Shipping charges are set by each vendor and not controlled by Virtual Seeds. Shipping charges are indicated during the checkout process. All of our independent vendors have secured SLL systems for your security and peace of mind.

International shipping is NOT available at this time.

If after thirty days from placing your seed order, you still haven't received it, please contact me immediately so I can track or replace your order. Very rarely, an order gets "lost" in the mail system and I don't know unless you tell us you didn't receive it!
UPS shipments are automatically insured and a tracking number is forwarded to your email address when items are shipped.
Sorry, no tracking numbers are available for first class postal deliveries.

Postal Customers: Here's a Hint: Use the shopping cart system to keep track of your items and a running total! When you are done choosing your seeds/products, print out your "order" and our mail-order form. Fill out the mail order form with your shipping info and be sure to include the correct shipping charge in your total. Drop both forms in the mail along with your payment and you're done!
