We now offer high quality products through third party vendors. Tobacco seeds orders are mailed via first class mail daily. Please allow 7-10 days for them to arrive. Tobacco books are mailed via Media Mail USPS so may take longer to arrive. I do offer USPS tracking numbers on Media mail upon request. Sorry, no tracking info is available at this time for first class mailings.
Our tobacco seeds are guaranteed to be fresh for the current year. If you ordered seeds from us and a seed variety did not germinate satisfactorily, E-mail us your Name, invoice number and the seed packet number(s) that did not germinate properly. We will replace your seeds one time only. Please note the germination time on the seed packet if listed, seeds may take twice as long as stated to germinate if the conditions are not right. Make sure you have allowed the proper length of time for germination before requesting replacement seeds. Seeds are not replaced if failure is due to improper germination procedure by the gardener. DO NOT store seeds in the freezer! Seeds will not survive freezing..
